The Senior Business Development Analyst leads the financial and analytical work that underpins client strategy across a portfolio of group benefits programs. You will be responsible for interpreting claims experience, modeling plan and funding alternatives, and developing the financial recommendations that consultants and clients rely on at renewal and throughout the year. The role requires strong technical depth, sound judgment, and the ability to translate analysis into clear direction for senior stakeholders.<br><br>This is more than an analyst role.
