Position: Operations Customer ExpertLocation: Lisbon, PortugalMarket: Italian-Speaking Your Main Responsibilities As part of the Customer Service Operations team, you will:
Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success Maintain accurate records using CRM tools Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed
Salary Package With & Without Accommodation Option 1 With Apartment (Company Housing Included) Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,050 / monthIncludes:

Training Information
Schedule: 8 hours/day Training content includes system onboarding, customer management, product training & on-the-job practice Training allowance: 42.72 per day Payment is made only if training is fully completed
Working Conditions
40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break 22 vacation days per year Italian holidays apply If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day Office located near Oriente / Moscavide stations (easy access by metro, bus, train)
