Weekend Security Officer

Job Title: Part-Time Security Officer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shifts:

  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Position Overview: St. Moritz is seeking a dependable Part-Time Security Officer to join our team for weekend shifts in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for weekend work, with potential to pick up additional shifts in case of call-offs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety.
  • Inspect vehicles and facilities for hazards or maintenance needs.
  • Monitor and operate fire control panels, responding to alarms as needed.
  • Track and manage work orders; respond to phone calls and emails.
  • Document incidents and report shift transitions accurately.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to associates and visitors.
  • Identify potential risks and address them before they become issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional training in security, law enforcement, or public safety is a plus.
  • Strong observational skills and situational awareness.
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
  • Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred.
