Overview
Seeking part time Personal Support Staff to work in Silver Spring, Maryland. We are looking for an employee who can work 12-15 hours as needs and activity changes.

Responsibilities include assisting the employer with his daily activities such as running errands, helping him around the apartment with organization, taking the employer to community events and supporting them, and providing transportation.

The employer will discuss the work schedule in more detail in interviews.

Requirements for position:

  • Have access to your own vehicle, have a license, complete registration, and a good driving record.
  • Have experience in assisting disabled individuals
  • Local to and knowledge of Silver Spring, Maryland
  • CPR/First Aid Certification Required (this work related expense is reimbursed)
  • Clear background check
  • Up to date Covid Vaccinations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate demeanor.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to all individuals.

Work Schedule:

  • Part time
  • Weekends only
  • 11:00am-5:00pm
  • Hours may vary depending on the employers schedule

Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting Pay: $30 an hour
  • Mileage Reimbursement: .625 cents per mile
  • PTO available after 2 month introductory period
  • 90 day evaluation with potential for increase
