Weekend On-Call Home Care Scheduler / Service Coordinator Comfort Keepers – Cincinnati, Hamilton, Springboro, West Chester Area Full-Time | Weekend On-Call | Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM $350 Weekly Pay Make a Difference Every Weekend Comfort Keepers® is a nationally recognized leader in in-home care for seniors and adults who need support to live independently. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend On-Call Scheduler (Service Coordinator) to manage caregiver scheduling and support client needs during the weekends. This role is ideal for someone with home care scheduling, healthcare coordination, or medical office experience who is comfortable working independently and responding quickly in time-sensitive situations. What You’ll Do: • Manage on-call scheduling coverage from Friday evening through Monday morning • Respond promptly to caregiver call-outs, emergencies, and last-minute schedule changes • Schedule and adjust shifts for caregivers and STNAs • Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, location, and compatibility • Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, families, and internal staff • Document schedule changes and updates accurately using scheduling software (WellSky or similar) • Write report of caregiver and client changes that happened on scheduled shift • Ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction during on-call shift Qualifications: • Experience with scheduling in home care, healthcare, or a medical office preferred • Strong phone communication and customer service skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure • Comfortable working independently during evenings, nights, and weekends • Familiarity with senior care or caregiving environments is a plus • Tech-savvy and confident using scheduling software and communication tools Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required • Must pass a background check • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required • Experience with scheduling systems (WellSky, ClearCare, AlayaCare) is a bonus Why Join Comfort Keepers? • Competitive pay • Weekly pay • Paid time off and holiday pay • Supportive, mission-driven team culture • Meaningful work making a real impact in seniors’ lives Location: Position is remote but will require in-person training on Fridays Job Titles and experience that typically fit: Home Care Scheduler, On-Call Scheduler, Weekend Scheduler, Service Coordinator, Care Coordinator, Client Services Coordinator, Medical Office Scheduler, Caregiver Scheduler, Home Health Scheduler, Healthcare Administration, Senior Care, WellSky, ClearCare, AlayaCare How to Apply: Click Apply to submit your resume.
