What we are seeking

A highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Replenisher to efficiently, accurately, and safely move cases and pallets to replenish inventory in the bulk warehouse.

  • 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • Must possess thorough understanding of warehouse process and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of materials management.
  • Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
  • Review and adhere to all policies, including safety and good manufacturing policies. 
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Basic computer skills.

What you will do day to day
 
  • Operate a forklift to replenish racks and floor stacks.
  • Assist in lowering products with forklift for Order Selectors and Layer Pick Operators as needed.
  • Unload trucks while keeping products in rotation.
  • Ensure product is handled with care to avoid damage.
  • Monitor, control and repackage all damaged products.
  • Process any return for credits.
  • Maintain clear aisles by removing shrink wrap and empty pallets.
  • Bale plastic and organize all empty pallets by type prior to shift end.
  • Meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that the warehouse is free from hazards and clutter.  
  • Perform all required safety and pre-trip checks. 
  • Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the product and/or supplies are being handled in a sanitary method consistent with GMP’s and properly packaged.
  • Work well with others in a team-orientated atmosphere.  
  • Other related duties as assigned.
