Summary / Objective

To support daily maintenance of shop & warehouse operations by performing versatile tasks across parts inventory control, tool & equipment management & shop safety. Dedicated to maximizing accuracy, minimizing equipment downtime & ensuring technicians have the resources needed for efficient repair & maintenance workflows.


Essential Functions:

  • Light building maintenance such as:
    • Emptying office trash
    • Change light bulbs
    • Other light maintenance as necessary
    • Light restroom maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, orderly & safe warehouse
  • Ensure the shop environment is in compliance with company safety standards.
  • Transport vehicles, tools, or materials between company locations as required.
  • Provide courier support for equipment pickups, deliveries, and urgent needs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts, documentation, and reconciliation.
  • Maintenance on small Honda motor up to industrial motor repairs preferred
  • Able to lift 50 lbs., climb to elevated platforms, sit and/or stand for extended periods
  • Must have strong communication skills and the ability to have effective working relations across multiple departments.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Example practice First in First out inventory

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, on-site role.


Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Additional hours may be required to support:

  • Increased workloads
  • Time-sensitive repairs
  • Internal customer needs
  • Occasional night or weekend coverage

Work Environment:

Work conditions may include:

  • Temperature and humidity extremes
  • Frequent exposure to noise and vibration
  • Variable lighting conditions
  • Occasional work alone
  • Extended or irregular work hours

Travel:

Up to 25%. Some travel may be required to assist other locations or road crews.


Physical Demands


Continuous: sitting, standing, walking, climbing, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive hand motions, hearing, speaking clearly, visual acuity, distinguishing colors, driving

Occasional: Lifting/carrying – 50 pounds


Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Experience in warehouse, maintenance, shop, or parts handling preferred.
  • Familiarity with small engine repair or industrial equipment maintenance is a plus.
