Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: PBI - West Palm Beach, FL 33145Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: SalesSUMMARY Airshare is a company that values its people and recognizes their contributions to the success of the organization.  We believe in teamwork and collaboration to ensure that customers are safely and punctually transported to their destinations.  Whether you work as a pilot, mechanic, or part of the operations team, Airshare acknowledges the critical role each individual plays in the seamless execution of every trip.  The company prides itself on delivering exceptional service and has fostered a dynamic and rewarding culture.   The VP of Sales is responsible for developing and growing Airshare’s Fractional and Jet Card business.  Utilizing competitive research, networking, and industry knowledge to build a pipeline and retain a current portfolio of clientele.  Must have a passion for developing new markets and client relationships, cultivating new sales prospects and leads created from our inside team.  You will convert these leads to new clients and create proposals, quotes, and bids to win trip contracts.  Our VP of Sales owns the account relationship.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES  Generate new sales as the primary point of contact within the assigned territory  Develop a network with prospective customers and industry professionals  Maintain contact with former, current, and prospective customers through various communications, visitations, and special events  Close sales efficiently and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate   Ensure customers have a good understanding of the Fractional and the EMBARK Jet Card program  Provide customer service and support to customers after the sale is completed  Develop an expert understanding of the aircraft and fractional business  Meet and exceed annual sales targets  Continued engagement with fractional owners to ensure excellent customer service, anticipate any challenges, work toward resolution, and retain the customer    QualificationsQualified candidates must be located in the Southeastern area (South Carolina, Georgia, Florida).  While this is a remote position, you will be required to travel significantly.  The ideal candidate will also have an exceptional work ethic and an above-average drive to succeed.   Demonstrate the ability to work on your own as well as in a group or team environment  A proven track record in servicing high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, athletes, corporate accounts, and/or international dignitaries  Passionate about sales, technology, and private aviation  Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills  Strong written and verbal communication skills  Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or similar CRM software), and JetNet (preferred)   BENEFITS AND PERKS Medical, dental, and vision insurance – if you choose to participate, coverage will commence on the first day of the month following your date of hire Airshare offers a no-cost medical and dental option at the employee level Optional supplemental insurance benefits (accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness, life, short-term/long-term disability, and pet) Paid Parental Leave Company-paid term life insurance equal to 1.5 times your annual salary Two 401(k) retirement plans with employer match – you will be eligible to participate on the first of the month following 30 days of employment PTO is accrued based on the length of employment  11 holidays per year Access to relocation flights   Airshare is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer – Minority/Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation
