About the Role

We’re hiring a Multimedia Specialist VA to support clients who are intentionally moving toward AI-generated video content and modern creative workflows. This role is not about traditional, heavy, manual video editing. It’s about thinking clearly, experimenting responsibly, and building repeatable creative systems using AI tools.

One of our current clients operates in the real estate space, but this role is designed to support multiple industries over time. You’ll work with teams that value clarity, feedback, and steady improvement not perfection on the first try.

If you’re curious about how AI is reshaping creative work and you enjoy turning ideas into clean, usable outputs, this role will suit you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create and refine AI-generated videos using tools such as SORA, VEO, Runway, Pika, and similar platforms
  • Edit videos and adapt them for different digital channels
  • Design graphics and visual assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools
  • Follow content guidelines and workflows while suggesting thoughtful improvements
  • Organize files, versions, and outputs so work stays easy to review and reuse
  • Collaborate remotely and communicate clearly about progress, blockers, and feedback

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in video production, multimedia, or digital content creation
  • Familiarity with AI video tools or a strong willingness to learn and adapt
  • Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and a habit of finishing what you start

Nice to Have

  • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or other CRM systems
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills, especially in a remote setup
  • Experience supporting marketing or real estate content

How We Work

We believe good work comes from clear expectations, honest feedback, and systems that reduce unnecessary friction. We don’t expect perfection, we value learning, consistency, and accountability.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving their craft, experimenting with new tools, and contributing to a team that’s building smarter ways to create content.

How to Apply

Please submit:

  • Your updated resume
  • A portfolio or samples of video and/or graphic design work (AI-generated samples are welcome)
  • A short note describing your experience or interest in AI-assisted creative tool
