Join us as a Value Chain Analyst for our Sports Medicine and ENT Business Unit, where you will play a pivotal role in helping us understand, optimise, and elevate the way value flows through our global operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and strategic thinker who wants to influence key decisions, drive efficiency and strengthen our competitive edge across the end to end value chain. What will you be doing? Delivering advanced data analysis to uncover value creation opportunities and highlight inefficiencies across global processes. Building BI dashboards, scenario models and analytics tools using SAP, Power BI, Tableau, SQL and advanced Excel. Mapping current state workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Applying the Value Chain framework to assess business activities, cost drivers and customer value impact. Conducting market and competitive analyses to ensure internal operations align with external positioning. Quantifying operational inefficiencies using Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods. Analysing sourcing, logistics and manufacturing performance to identify risks and opportunities. Presenting insights in clear, executive ready formats that drive alignment and decision making. Partnering cross functionally with product, operations, finance and marketing teams to validate findings and implement recommendations. What will you need to be successful? Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business analytics or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain analytics or operations research. Strong hands on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Proficiency in BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, SQL and advanced Excel. Experience building dashboards, models and cost benefit analyses. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights. Curiosity, adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning. Applications will be accepted until February 26th, 2026. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $92,000.00 to $159,500.00 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
