Infosys is seeking a results driven <strong>Technology Lead</strong> with strong expertise in Webservices development, python, and framework like Django, FlaskAPI and conversational AI to design, build, and scale solutions across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Python and building intelligent virtual assistants, integrating LLMs, orchestrating backend services, and leading a technical team to deliver high-quality, production-grade.<br><br><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. </li><li> Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. </li><li> At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. </li><li> Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. </li><li> RESTful APIs for interacting with third-party tools and services. </li><li> Experience in developing scripts or tools for process automation </li><li> Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, VLLM, Llama) and webservice development </li><li> Strong Experience of Python and automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) for interacting with APIs and automating network tasks . <br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Knowledge in Networking domain with knowledge on Cisco routing and switching products </li><li> Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and fine-tuning ML models. </li><li> Strong analytical and communication skills. </li><li> Competent in Agile execution processes. </li><li> Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-application team environment. </li><li> Design and build chatbots using Python-based frameworks </li><li> Capable of conceptualizing latest technology landscape requirement and drives technical solution. </li><li> Architect scalable, fault-tolerant chatbot infrastructures using cloud platforms </li><li> Create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and implementation plans </li><li> Optimize performance, latency, and response accuracy of applications </li><li> Implement monitoring, logging, analytics, and continuous improvement loops </li><li> Ensure compliance with client processes and standards. </li><li> Ability to design, curate, and annotate realistic problem scenarios and training examples for use in ML and GenAI model development. </li><li> Design and develop software tools for automating the evaluation of datasets and model outputs, reducing manual validation overhead. </li><li> Create scripts and utilities to streamline data annotation and validation workflows. </li><li> Knowledge in Programming skills: Python, API Development, Flask, Dlango. </li><li> Knowledge in Automation & Monitoring: Python, Ansible, Terraform. </li><li> Knowledge in Cloud & Security: AWS Networking. </li><li> Knowledge in Machine Learning: TensorFlow, Pytorch <br><br></li></ul>The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
