Job Description
This role sits within the North American Technical Enablement team and is ideal for a hands-on technical professional looking to further develop expertise in Sage Intacct and related technical solutions. The Technical Solutions Architect partners with internal teams and external partners to provide technical guidance, enablement, and implementation support while continuing to build toward expert-level capability.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to expand both technical and functional knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is focused on strengthening technical competency, driving partner success, and supporting positive customer outcomes.

The position works closely with Sales, Customer Support, Account Executives, project teams, and global colleagues to support pre-sales, implementation, post-implementation activities, and knowledge sharing across teams.

This is a hybrid position, 3 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support for Sage Intacct functionality, integrations, and solution configurations

  • Participate in partner and customer implementation projects while collaborating with senior team members

  • Deliver technical workshops, enablement sessions, and best practice recommendations to partners and internal teams

  • Provide second-line implementation support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with escalation resolution

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation resources, and solution guidance

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Development by sharing customer and partner feedback to support ongoing product improvements

  • Support partners throughout the sales, implementation, and post-go-live lifecycle

  • Identify potential billable opportunities while working with partners and customers
    Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, partner success, and positive NPS outcomes

    Technical Focus Areas:
    The Technical Solutions Architect will continue developing proficiency across key technical areas, including:
  • Microsoft Entra ID and Single Sign-On (SSO)

  • Sage Intacct PaaS integrations

  • REST and XML APIs

  • • •API support, troubleshooting, and basic scripting
  • Authentication methods, including tokens and credentials

  • Data flow between integrated systems

  • Workflow automation, triggers, and validation logic

  • Technical architecture support in partnership with senior architects

  • Functional and light technical troubleshooting, including identifying configuration issues, data issues, and system limitations


  • Skills & Experience:
  • 2–4 years of experience delivering or supporting software solutions or implementations

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Effective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow technical expertise

  • Experience supporting technical escalations, integrations, or customer-facing technical issues preferred

  • Ability to read API documentation and interpret request/response payloads


  • Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Working knowledge of integrations, solution design, and implementation concepts

  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge preferred

  • Foundational understanding of databases, application infrastructure, and system connectivity

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and performance-related concepts
