At this level, you operate with a high degree of autonomy – leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs, influencing technical and business leadership, and driving alignment across complex organizational ecosystems. You bring the experience to identify patterns and trends, integrate them into proactive program planning, and ensure initiatives are delivered with clarity and consistency. We’re looking for someone who understands that winning is a team sport, who learns from diverse perspectives, and who can, at any given time, step back and have some fun.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead prioritization and develop integrated program plans that align cross-functional teams and technical leadership across large-scale initiatives</li> <li>Expertly identify, map, and manage complex dependencies by applying deep technical knowledge to surface upstream and downstream impacts</li> <li>Deliver regular, business-ready updates and insights to cross-functional leaders, ensuring full transparency on progress, resource needs, and organizational capacity</li> <li>Proactively anticipate and identify emerging risks across complex, multi-workstream initiatives, escalating high-impact issues with data-driven insights and clear recommendations</li> <li>Drive resolution of bottlenecks and address interdependencies across complex, multi-team ecosystems by engaging directly with stakeholders to translate program needs into actionable plans</li> <li>Own program communication – tailoring updates on goals, status, risks, and decisions for each audience from engineering teams to business and technical leadership</li> <li>Facilitate integrated planning and retrospective sessions with cross-functional teams, surfacing coordination challenges and optimizing workflows and resource allocation</li> <li>Drive process innovation across program stakeholders, developing and implementing frameworks for continuous improvement in team coordination and delivery quality </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p>If this role sounds like the right next move, we’d love to hear from you.
