Job Purpose:

Our Team Members are the face of Smoothie King, and we count on them to make it happen! The ideal candidate will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by helping select smoothies and retail products that inspire our guests to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service for our guests.
  • Transact with our guests by handling payments correctly.
  • Learn about our guests in order to provide meaningful suggestions to help them reach their goals.
  • Craft each order accurately and consistently.
  • Communicate the details around our products to our guests.
  • Build strong, open relationships with both guests and fellow team members.
  • Be eager to guide our guests through the ordering process when they require education.
  • Plan for, and be excited to help guide the business through times of high volume.
  • Complete daily operational tasks in order to keep the store running in top shape.
  • Approach tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Be punctual.
  • Balance personal and professional scheduling needs appropriately.

Requirements:

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make guests feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify their needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

  • Previous customer experience in a fast service, food & beverage, or retail setting.
  • Previous experience using a register, handling cash, and transacting with customers.
  • Outstanding communication skills paired with enthusiasm for the brand.
  • You’re competitive, and have a track record in not only meeting, but exceeding goals.
  • You are a detail-oriented multi-tasker that works best in a collaborative environment.
  • You can take ownership of issues and solve problems with ease.
