This role is integral in ensuring guests receive attentive and courteous service at all times. The candidate filling this position will be responsible for maintaining communication with guests, restaurant servers, and management to guarantee seamless service delivery. Key responsibilities include bussing and resetting tables effectively, executing designated side work assigned by management, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and readiness of the dining area. Attention to detail and adherence to food handling standards are paramount in this role. The candidate must be TIPS certified and understand the unique service standards developed by the hotel. Routine tasks include folding napkins, stocking essential items such as salt and pepper shakers, butter, pickles, sugar caddies, and preparing the dining area with candles, tablecloths, flatware, and glassware.
