In this revenue-focused role, you will be responsible for driving expansion and ensuring retention across a defined portfolio of Fortune 1000 clients. You will act as a trusted strategic partner to your accounts, leveraging deep industry insight and Ontic’s platform capabilities to grow revenue and deliver lasting client value.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re commercially driven and results-oriented, with a strong ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while also building long-term, consultative relationships that support client goals.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own a revenue quota tied to growth from existing client accounts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and execute account growth strategies, uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive engagement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline to regularly meet or exceed revenue targets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cultivate relationships with multiple stakeholders and serve as a consultative sales leader within your accounts, driving expansion and adoption of new modules, features, and services.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with internal teams (Solutions Engineers, Product, Customer Success) to deliver tailored proposals and close expansion deals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor account health, proactively identify risks, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate churn.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Achieve the quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the company and manage and document pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Constantly look for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide the sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Represent Ontic as a domain and product expert at client interactions, industry and corporate events, and through community sites and social media.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Five-plus years of experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales, ideally within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding revenue growth targets through expansion sales.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assertive hunter mentality adept in identifying and winning new business.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong intellectual curiosity to uncover why buyers buy and how to leverage that information.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exceptional executive presence, with a high degree of comfort presenting to C-suite executives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficient with a standard SaaS sellers tech stack (SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with formal sales training programs (Challenger, Solution Selling, etc.).</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience successfully selling into Fortune 1000 cost centers (Risk, Security, IT, Legal, etc.) a plus.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Ontic Benefits & Perks</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Competitive Salary</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Medical, Vision & Dental Benefits</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">401k</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Stock Options</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">HSA Contribution</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Learning Stipend</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Flexible PTO Policy</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Quarterly company ME (mental escape) days</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Generous Parental Leave policy</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Home Office Stipend</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mobile Phone Reimbursement</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Home Internet Reimbursement for Remote Employees</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Anniversary & Milestone Celebrations</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ontic is an equal-opportunity employer.
