Collaborate with team members to identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during program implementation. Conduct research and analyze data to inform decision-making and improve program outcomes. Monitor program budgets and expenditures to ensure financial accountability and compliance. Develop and maintain program documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Organize and facilitate meetings, trainings, and events related to state programs. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to state programs and ensure compliance. Provide support and guidance to program staff, including training and performance evaluation. Continuously assess and improve program processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Represent the state at conferences, workshops, and other events related to state programs. Uphold the values and mission of the organization and promote a positive image of the state.
