<strong>Description<br><br></strong>The Amazon Ads Sales Incentive Compensation team is seeking a senior analyst to support managing Sales Incentive Compensation policies and governance processes. The charter for our team is to enable the growth of Amazon Ads through effective sales compensation design, governance, and operations.<br><br>The ideal candidate will be exceptionally analytical and detailed oriented who demonstrates teamwork, relationship building, and the ability to influence leadership. They will thrive in fast-paced dynamic environment that has a considerable amount of ambiguity. They will have experience with incentive compensation plans and policies including handling exceptions. They should be able to juggle competing projects, design and implement incentive policies to support sales strategies, and work across multiple teams to solve complex problems. They will have deep attention to detail and a keen eye for writing policy language and editing content. They will work closely with internal Ads Sales Incentive Compensation team stakeholders and external business partners including Sales leaders, Finance, HR, and Legal.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Document and manage all Sales Incentive Compensation policy content on our Wiki as well as maintain terms and conditions documents.</li><li> Lead the exception case review process to serve as the central point of contact to assist with policy disputes, questions, and drive effective documentation and governance of non-standard outcomes for tracking and audit purposes.</li><li> Work on projects to review effectiveness of existing policies and propose changes based on stakeholder feedback & quantitative analysis.</li><li> Partner internally with our technology team to incorporate policy into tooling.</li><li> Support other sales incentive program management initiatives that intersect with policy and tooling.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>We are the innovative minds behind Amazon Advertising's sales compensation ecosystem. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market.
