It’s work that matters and a career that can take you places. You will work in a dynamic people-focused environment where you will interact with users, customers and other developers.</p><p></p><p><b>What You'll Get to Do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Support the oversight and management of the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management</p></li><li><p>Lead status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports as a subject matter expert for Manufacturing planning and execution</p></li><li><p>Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients</p></li><li><p>Review weekly reports for erroneous charging, open and close charge numbers, generate work authorization files, work with business management personnel on investigation of issues, write variance reports, support ETC updates, and prepare weekly/monthly inputs</p></li><li><p>Lead weekly meetings with ability to communicate issues and needs</p></li><li><p>Generate initial Quantifiable Backup Data (QBDs) from Schedule information, working with technical leads to document lower level QBD status</p></li><li><p>Maintain QBDs with current status and transfer status information across multiple files</p></li><li><p>Support internal EVMS Surveillance Reviews to ensure compliance to the 32 guidelines</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience in program/project planning and scheduling, logistics, supply chain, and/or Engineering; Master’s Degree with 6 years of related experience in program/project planning and scheduling, logistics or supply chain</p></li><li><p>Experience with EVMS and Schedule Management skills</p></li><li><p>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, and Excel (creating formulas, and pivot tables)</p></li><li><p>The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance is required</p></li><li><p>U.S. citizenship required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in the Aerospace/Defense Industry</p></li><li><p>Experience reading and extracting information for an IMS schedule</p></li><li><p>Experience with Jira or Confluence</p></li><li><p>The ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We Can Offer You:</b></p><p>Northrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment which encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company.
