Spearheads solutions for program problems, and manages multiple efforts and program budgets. </span><br> </p><p><b><b>Job Description</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Program Planning and Execution:<span> Develop detailed program plans; managing resources and dependencies across products, platforms and regions, ensuring successful execution.</span></p></li><li><p>Team Leadership:<span> Lead, motivate and mentor program and project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure project goals are met.</span></p></li><li><p>Budget Management:<span> Monitor program and project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. Advocate for additional funding when necessary.</span></p></li><li><p>Stakeholder Management:<span> Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including team members, senior leadership and executives. Provide updates on program and project progress and address any issues that arise.</span></p></li><li><p>Risk/Issue Management:<span> Identify potential risks or issues and develop mitigation strategies and corrective action plans to ensure program/project success.</span></p></li><li><p>Quality Control:<span> Perform project quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure CST project management standards are maintained.</span></p></li><li><p>Documentation:<span> Prepare and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including program plans, reports, proposals, change requests and meeting minutes</span><br> </p></li></ul><p><b><b>Required Qualifications</b><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree</span></p></li><li><p><span>10+ years of experience in project or program management </span></p></li><li><p><span>3+ years of experience in software development and release train engineering</span></p></li></ul><p><b><b> </b></b></p><p><b><b>Preferred Experience:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong program leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
