FairWorld Mortgage is seeking a motivated Loan Officer to join our commission-based platform. As part of our dynamic mortgage lending division, you will benefit from robust operational support and access to the Leadling CRM and business development system, empowering you to grow realtor referrals and scale your team. Our platform is designed for entrepreneurial loan officers who are ready to expand beyond personal production and build lasting partnerships within the real estate community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Closing mortgage loans while consistently growing production volume
  • Recruiting and developing a team of loan officers, earning from team production
  • Building and managing realtor referral partnerships using the Leadling CRM, including lead pipeline management, automated follow-up, co-marketing, and landing page/funnel creation
  • Executing provided business development and outreach plans/scripts to attract new realtor partners

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Currently producing and closing approximately 3–5 mortgage loans per month
  • Active NMLS/MLO license in TX
  • Experience building and managing referral partnerships with residential realtors
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience originating mortgage loans across conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo products
  • Experience originating both purchase and refinance mortgage loans
  • Experience building and managing referral partnerships with investor-focused agents, builders, or financial planners
