This role is a key position on our Corporate FP&A team that serves as a strategic finance partner to drive financial excellence across the organization. You will be instrumental in delivering insightful financial reporting and analytics, leading process improvements, and accelerating the adoption of AI within our finance function. You will also play a critical role in company-wide budgeting and forecasting while providing dedicated financial support to our Cimpress Services central teams. What You Will Do • Cultivate strong partnerships with business-unit FP&A teams across Cimpress to provide strategic thought partnership and deliver data-driven insights. • Act as a proactive and resourceful problem-solver who can independently identify issues and drive towards developing solutions. • Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast variances and deliver insightful commentary to management, including clear forward-looking insights. • Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve and automate financial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. This includes accelerating the adoption of AI tools to drive efficiency and insights. • Support the Corporate FP&A team's critical role in company-wide budgeting and forecasting. • Serve as a super user for our cloud-based corporate financial and general ledger systems, and contribute to initiatives to drive further enhancements. • Drive ad-hoc analysis and projects in conjunction with the broader corporate FP&A team, including ad-hoc support for the central teams. You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities. • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar field. • A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in a finance role, with at least 2-3 years in a dedicated FP&A role. • A collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across different teams, departments, and diverse backgrounds. • Strong verbal and developing written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for both financial and non-financial audiences. • Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Advanced proficiency in arenaflex Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas). Compensation: US arenaflex Hiring Range :$78,000.00 - $133,000.00 Per Year Cimpress/Vista is committed to transparent and competitive compensation. In alignment with our compensation philosophy, the arenaflex hiring range is based on total cash compensation across our multiple U.S. pay zones. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as location, education, training, and experience.
