Working as part of our Sourcing & Supply Chain department, this role will act as a bridge between our internal teams and external partners, assessing supplier performance and ensuring the timely delivery of product into our business.<br><br></strong>Supplier experience and strong relationship building skills are important for this role, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You’ll have good excel skills and be an analytical thinker.<br><br><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>Based at our East London Studios, you will report to the Production Director.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Research and onboard new vendors</li><li>Manage the critical path and lead times, ensuring timely delivery of product into the business</li><li>Create and maintain monthly performance reports for vendors, tracking relevant metrics</li><li>Work with the wider product teams to ensure critical path deadlines are being hit, resulting in a timely delivery of stock into the business</li><li>Maintaining accurate data on our systems and trackers</li><li>Audit supplier invoices and performance reports to ensure compliance with contractual SLAs</li><li>Maintain supplier performance</li><li>Collaborate with logistics and warehousing teams to ensure timely delivery of product<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven experience in a similar role within a retail environment</li><li>Proficient on Google Sheets/Excel</li><li>Experience in managing and delivering a critical path</li><li>Excellent relationship building skills</li><li>Proactive, independent thinker with a keen eye for detail</li><li>Ability to prioritise workload in a fast moving and ever changing environment</li><li>A natural curiosity to dig into data and find the 'why”</li><li>Sample management experience<br><br></li></ul>ABOUT THE LOCATION<br><br>Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty.
