You will be helping me support approximately 10 clients. Accuracy is critical.

* Create light graphics in Canva using existing templates

* Insert photos into templates and create strong news-style headlines

* Post videos to YouTube

* Create and set up YouTube accounts when needed

* Create and set up Instagram and Facebook accounts when needed

Newsletter Responsibilities:

* Build and publish Substack newsletters after they are written

* Newsletters are typically finalized on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays

* You must be available to format and publish them the same day

* Ensure links, formatting, and images are correct

* Work from provided templates and examples

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

* Must physically live in the United States

* Prior experience using Meta Business Suite

* Prior experience using Canva

* Experience publishing on Substack

* Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude

* Highly organized and detail-oriented

* Able to manage multiple accounts without errors

* Comfortable working with Republican elected officials (no political experience required)

What I Provide:

* Video files

* Canva templates

* Caption examples

* Clear instructions

* Account access

This is an execution role. Strategy is not required. Strong organization, follow-through, and accuracy are.

Schedule:

* Up to 10 hours per week, please keep track of your hours

* Occasional Saturday availability required

* Same-day turnaround when content is delivered

Compensation:

$15-20/hour

Time tracking required.

Initial contract runs 30 days with potential extension through May 19.

Please answer the following:

1. Confirm you physically live in the United States and what state you reside in.

2. Describe your experience using Meta Business Suite.

3. Describe your experience publishing on Substack.

4. How do you ensure you never post to the wrong client account when managing multiple pages?
