Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: $1400-$1700 USD

Higher Options is looking for a Marketing Manager who enjoys remote work and can coordinate campaigns across the region for our clients in the US.


Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing and social media strategy across key platforms, defining goals and target audiences.
  • Create and schedule bilingual multimedia content, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate with design and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community to strengthen audience relationships.
  • Spot trends, apply high-performing formats and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.
  • Support and improve paid media efforts, managing budgets and ROI.
  • Track KPIs, analyze results and provide actionable insights.
  • Research markets and competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Guide the marketing team and align initiatives with sales, product and customer support.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote new and existing products or services, including campaign planning and demand forecasting.
  • Execute and optimize integrated campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, social networks, SEO, email, content and events)
  • Identify new markets and trends in US and Latin America through research and competitive analysis.

Requirements
  • 3‑5 years of experience managing social media and content marketing, ideally in both B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; ability to write and communicate effectively in both languages;
  • Proven experience planning and executing both B2B and B2C campaigns; skill in taking strategies from concept through data‑driven optimization.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools: advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn), analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4), SEO (SEMrush, Ahrefs) and automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar)
  • Ability to analyze data, build dashboards, interpret performance metrics and present results to stakeholders.
  • Experience leading remote teams, managing projects independently and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of the US and Latin American market and cultural sensitivity to adapt messages and campaigns to different countries and segments.
  • Nice to have: experience in content management (blogs, podcasts), influencer or event marketing, and/or managing creative teams.
