What you will do As our first dedicated Social Media Manager, you will architect, build, and grow our social presence. You are the mastermind behind telling a compelling brand story, while assembling a passionate community around it. You'll tackle the big questions: What brand strategy will present our products as special, yet authentic? How can we tell stories which inspire a loyal followership? And what systems allow us to manage multiple platforms and channels in a scalable way? Working fully autonomously alongside our founder and the team, your answers to these questions will directly influence our company's success. On a typical day, your tasks may include: • Launching social media accounts for our products and brands from zero across all platforms • Managing our portfolio of channels and content pieces in a consistent, structured and professional manner • Collaborating with creative teams to deliver exceptional daily content with cohesive messaging across all platforms • Leading and mentoring content creators while establishing streamlined workflows and quality assurance processes • Developing audience growth frameworks through sophisticated analysis of engagement metrics and viral content patterns • Cultivating authentic fan communities through strategic engagement and proactive community management Who you are You're a social media strategist who knows how to juggle mass content, authenticity and community management at once. Your expertise spans the complete social ecosystem and you have successfully scaled accounts to significant followings. You operate independently in dynamic environments, seamlessly collaborating with creatives as well as fans to drive both cultural impact and engagement metrics. Typically, your profile will look like this: • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field from a reputable university • 3+ years of intensive social media management experience in entertainment, music, or other media sectors • Advanced proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and platform-specific optimization techniques • Exceptional analytical and creative capabilities with ability to preserve authentic brand voice while driving growth • Managing multi-brand social presence across multiple established and emerging platforms • Self-motivated approach with genuine passion for creator economy, entertainment industry, and social media innovation • You thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment • Colleagues would describe you as hard-working, ambitious and persistent • You’re obsessed with music, video and social media • Bonus: Your posts or pages have already gone viral on social media in the past What makes this exciting You are one of the first employees of an ambitious team, changing the world of media and entertainment.
