Your Role: As the Social Media & Digital Marketing Growth Strategist, you are a growth hacker, marketer, and storyteller responsible for the explosive growth of our social media channels and COTH platforms. You will be a critical part of the engine for our entire marketing funnel. You will work directly with our Head of Marketing & Content Operations Lead, but we want someone that can come in and level up our team with their own unique view points and knowledge. You will be responsible for high-level strategy and experimentation to hands-on execution, project management, and analysis. Constant, measurable growth in audience, views, and conversions is what you’ll be measured by. Location: Remote is fine but Los Angeles is preferred. What You’ll Do: Own the overarching content and growth strategy for all our platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, arenaflex Shorts, etc.). Lead a rapid-fire experimentation process, tracking analytics, A/B testing formats, hooks, topics, and storytelling techniques daily to find what resonates and scales. Constantly find new ways to go viral, growth hack algorithms, and convert new viewers into a deeper community relationship (email subscribers, Discord members, live events etc.). You’ll also lead in project managing across all our pages, posting content, and actively looking for ways to improve our systems and processes. What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days): Objective 1: Implement a high-velocity experimentation and analytics system. Key Result: 1.) Launch 5-10 new, distinct content experiments (new formats, hooks, styles, etc) and provide a full analytics report on winners and losers. Objective 2: Achieve measurable, systematized audience growth. Key Results: 1.) Double the average monthly view count across all short-form platforms. • Great Result: Double the average monthly view count. • Exceptional Result: Double the follower/subscriber acquisition rate. 2.) TBD - If chosen for the role, we will outline our current company resources, tools, and goals. It will be your task to come up with a clear plan to expand our audience and community (you may already have ideas to present off the jump, if you’ve already been observing the brand). • Example: “Launch (3) gospel-centered meme pages based on ‘x, y, z’ themes related to the project. Objective 3: Ensure our channels are outputting content consistently & on schedule Key Results: 1.) 100% of content is scheduled and release on-time 2.) Project manage our editing team to hit all their deadlines. Your Core Responsibilities (These should be A-Player outcomes, not just tasks): • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the master strategy to grow our social channels and community. • Viral Content Creation: Hands-on creative direction and management of editors of viral-focused short-form content. You can lead a team to get content completed. • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Live inside the analytics. Deliver a weekly "Growth Report" that details what worked, what didn't, why, and what we're doing next. • A/B Testing Engine: Run and track daily/weekly tests on content variations (hooks, captions, sounds, formats) to continuously improve performance. • Digital Marketing Integration: Build and optimize funnels to convert viewers into email subscribers, Discord members, and other core community platforms. • Project Management: Make sure all our content is being produced and posted on time. • Trend & Platform Research: Be our "ear to the ground," constantly identifying new trends, sounds, and platform features we can leverage for growth. Non-negotiable Requirements (Skills & Experience) • Must provide a portfolio of social media accounts (yours or clients') with verifiable proof of growth that you directly were responsible for. We want to see that you know how to guide real strategy in growth hacking on the internet • 3-5+ years in digital marketing, with a deep focus on social media growth and content strategy. • Expert-level understanding of storytelling and content packaging for viral-focused platforms. • Expert-level understanding of all social media analytics (TikTok, IG, arenaflex Studio). • Proven experience in building marketing funnels and converting traffic (e.g., using email opt-ins, link-in-bios, etc.). • Must be proficient in the following: • ClickUp (or similar PM tool) • arenaflex Drive & G-Suite • Social media native analytics tools • Video editing software (Premiere, CapCut, etc.) This Role Is NOT For You If: • You are concerned about when work ends. • You’ve never grown a page beyond 100,000+ followers on your own accord. • You need lots of hand-holding & oversight. • You are not great at communicating across a remote team. • You are bad at time management. • You have never done this role before and think you can accomplish this based on “work ethic” or “similar experience”. • You prefer comfort over growth (we all work extremely hard).
