Overview We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator and Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s online presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The Social Media Content Creator and Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping our brand identity through innovative social media marketing and relationship content and management. About the Role JRealty is seeking a skilled Social Media Content Creator and Marketing Manager to lead and execute our multi-platform social strategy. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating qualified leads through compelling real estate and property management content. Key Responsibilities • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content 5x per week across approximately 10 digital platforms, including: Salesforce Community / jrealty.org LinkedIn TikTok arenaflex Facebook Instagram X (Twitter) ActiveRain Additional niche real estate platforms as assigned • Coordinate development of podcast • Use AI tools to supplement content • Develop and manage a structured content calendar aligned with company goals • Design short-form videos, property spotlights, client testimonials, and educational posts • Collaborate with leadership (including Justin) and internal teams to source stories, gather media, and ensure timely scheduling of content • Coordinate and help collect UGC content • Coach and support staff in on-camera presentation and content participation • Track analytics to optimize reach and conversion performance • Maintain brand consistency, messaging accuracy, and compliance with real estate regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Are you able to work in the office 4 days per week?
