Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network installation and maintenance. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for efficient and effective network operations. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns related to network installation and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of all installations and repairs performed. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge. Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure timely completion of network installation and maintenance projects. Provide support and guidance to junior technicians as needed. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company to customers and the public. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets. Proactively identify potential network issues and take necessary actions to prevent or minimize service disruptions. Comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
