Job Overview

Crain Hyundai of Little Rock is seeking a friendly and professional Service Concierge to join our team. The Service Concierge will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively between customers and service technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Greet service department guests courteously.
Maintain a pleasant working relationship with all dealership employees.
Assists arriving guests with locating the proper service consultant.
Assists with giving guests rides to their home or work.
Cleans service drive and customer waiting areas.
Places wet floor signs during rain or high moisture periods on the service drive.
Stocks customer refreshments and supplies.
Runs errands for service department.
Parks vehicles.
Takes vehicles to and from car wash.
Installs proper vehicle protection such as plastic seat coverings and paper floor mats.
Takes vehicles to front entrance of store for customer pickup.
Assists with all reasonable service department needs and requests.
Other Duties:
Maintain a well groomed appearance and uniform while performing all job duties or away on training.
Conduct yourself in a suitable fashion when in uniform and off of the dealership premises. Your conduct will reflect the dealership directly and you must display a positive image.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Ability to communicate with guests and employees.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions, tasks, handle any customer situation or alert the proper staff for assistance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
  • Previous experience in automotive service, customer service, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with computer systems and software used in service departments.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
