The Village at Proprietors Green (VPG) is a well-established 149-unit Luxury Apartment Senior Living Community offering a continuum of Independent, Assisted and Memory Care apartments in Marshfield, MA with a strong reputation of caring and empathy. We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of Senior services for over 75 years.

If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and enjoy connecting with the Senior population, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated daytime Server to join our Team. This position reports to the Director of Dining Room Services.

Only apply if the following meets your needs: Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 1pm.

Previous food experience in restaurant, Assisted Living or health related setting preferred. Must have demonstrated ability to handle food, perform sanitation tasks, and relate to the elderly and their families in a sensitive manner.

The Dining Room Server is responsible for assuring our Residents enjoy a pleasant Dining experience by completing the following activities: taking orders, presenting menu items, serving food and drinks, accommodating special requests, cleaning tables and the completion of side-work.

Part-time positions may be eligible for the following benefits:

  • Sick time accruals per state regulation (1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked)
