This role will focus on driving digital transformation initiatives using <strong>SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud EWM</strong>, supporting large-scale supply chain and warehouse modernization programs in the automotive and manufacturing ecosystem around Detroit.<br><br>The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in SAP EWM, strong leadership skills, and the ability to partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-practice warehouse solutions.<br><br><ul><li>Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations on S/4HANA Public Cloud. </li><li>Own solution architecture, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. </li><li>Translate business warehouse and logistics requirements into SAP best-practice solutions. </li><li>Drive warehouse process optimization across inbound, outbound, internal movements, cross-docking, slotting, and labor management. </li><li>Integrate EWM with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, TM, QM, and GTS. </li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and client teams. </li><li>Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, and stakeholder presentations. </li><li>Ensure solution compliance with SAP Public Cloud standards and extensibility framework. </li><li>Support cutover, data migration, and testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT). </li><li>Partner with business leadership to deliver measurable operational improvements. </li><li>Manage offshore/onshore coordination and delivery governance <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>15+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP EWM. </li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM on Public Cloud implementations. </li><li>Deep understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes. </li><li>Strong experience in inbound, outbound, wave management, packing, shipping, yard management, and labor management. </li><li>Experience integrating EWM with MM, SD, PP, TM, and third-party WMS systems. </li><li>Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud extensibility, APIs, and best-practice frameworks. </li><li>Experience leading large-scale transformation or greenfield implementations. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>
