We advance the Information Security vision by providing transparency of the current state of our security capabilities, monitoring security development in the industry, and defining a technical roadmap for our future state. Our responsibilities include establishing security standards, reference architecture, and guidelines, as well as delivering security advisory and assurance services to ensure all IT systems are designed with adequate security controls. Your Role The Sr. Officer - IAM AI Security role is responsible for driving IAM and AI security initiatives and architecture for the organization. Under limited supervision, the candidate will work with a wide variety of business partners and IT professionals (including IAM and technology solution teams) to ensure organizational security needs/controls are aligned to support business goals and objectives. Though IAM and AI security are the main areas of focus for this role, each TISO is encouraged to cover other technology domains as needed. You Will Be Responsible for: Act as domain expert and authority to provide thought leadership, advisory, review and approval of security technical directions, designs, configurations, baselines, and technical standards Support leadership with talent management, including recruiting, mentoring, developing, and supporting team members to grow Own the collaboration between Information Security and Technology teams in supporting IAM and AI programs. Work closely with key stakeholders to align IAM and AI security controls with business goals and objectives Anticipate and influence business, industry and regulatory issues that have a significant impact on the firm’s business. Research, advocate, and design new technologies, architectures, and security products that will support IAM and AI initiatives Participate in the development of security strategies and roadmaps, drive relevant IAM and AI security initiatives, as well as ensuring successful implementation and transitioning to operational support Assess the effectiveness of enterprise IAM and AI security controls and report risks to security management and risk register. Work on identifying and driving the implementation of appropriate controls, processes, and remediation of non-compliance Assists security Incident Response and forensic teams in the investigation as required The Experience You Bring: 12 plus years of professional IT experience, with at least 6 years focusing on cybersecurity Expert knowledge of IAM technologies and protocols such as Directory Services, Secret/Key Management, 2FA, PKI, IGA, Privileged Access Management, Cloud IAM/IDaaS, Federated SSO, OAuth/OIDC/SAML Experience with providing guidelines and advisories for enterprise AI adoption to meet AI safety principles - especially around privacy and data protection Extensive experience with cloud platforms and technologies – AWS, Azure, and SaaS Demonstrated experience running an enterprise-wide initiative and understanding all domains of security.
