The Role: Join our team as a Marketing Automation Specialist and become the catalyst for streamlining and optimizing our marketing technical stack efforts. Utilize your expertise in marketing automation to design and execute targeted campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement, and maximize conversions. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns using HubSpot. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, excellent technical skills in HubSpot, and a data-driven mindset to drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and improve overall marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities: Campaign Execution and Support • Coordinating Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid media, web, etc.). • Execution and Support: Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns including email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization. Marketing Technology and Tools • HubSpot Database Management: Maintain and manage HubSpot ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, and automation of repetitive marketing tasks. • Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other marketing and sales tools, such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and arenaflex Analytics. Data Analysis • Data Collection: Collect and organize data from various marketing channels and campaigns. • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to continually optimize email marketing and other automated campaigns. Process Improvement • Operations Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations. • Best Practices Development: Develop and document best practices for campaign execution, data management, and use of marketing tools. Compliance and Governance • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. • Data Privacy: Uphold data privacy policies and practices, particularly in handling customer data and executing marketing campaigns. Qualifications: • 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using HubSpot. • Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, CMS and CRM. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, arenaflex and HTML/CSS preferred.
