<strong>Position Summary...</strong><br><br><strong>What you'll do...</strong><br><b>Role summary:</b><br>Sam's Club Member Access Platform (MAP) is seeking a Writer and Content Lead. Reporting to the Director of Channel and Content Marketing, this role serves as the guardian of MAP's voice and the architect of its messaging. Whether speaking to CMOs, brand managers, media, influencers, or internal teams, you ensure our message is clear, consistent, and compelling-and delivered through the right channels. <br><br><b>About the team:</b><br>The Channel and Content Marketing team for Sam's Club MAP is responsible for identifying the most effective channels to deliver our message to the right audience. The team develops compelling, audience-first content tailored to each channel, ensuring our story is told in the most impactful way possible. This includes content across the website, paid media, social platforms, blogs, and other key touchpoints. By aligning channel strategy with strong storytelling, the team drives awareness, engagement, and demand for MAP. <br><br><b>What you'll do:</b> <ul><li>Develop and maintain a resource for our value proposition, core messages, and supporting proof points. Create messaging frameworks and narrative guidelines that inform and align all content.</li><li>Ensure a consistent, cohesive voice across all internal and external channels, serving as the connective thread across sales materials, website copy, social media, and executive communications.</li><li>Build the annual content strategy and quarterly content calendars to align messaging around shared themes that drive awareness and consideration.
