What you’ll achieve We a re seeking a Senior Lead, MMM Insights & Media Optimization to champion the translation of Marketing Mix Modeling outputs into clear, compelling, and actionable insights that drive media investment and optimization decisions. This role is not about building models—it is about unlocking the full value of the models through sharp storytelling, strong stakeholder influence, and close partnership with media buying and planning teams. You will lead a team of analysts who support you with model execution, data preparation, QA, and performance monitoring. Your primary responsibility is to turn analytics into action by elevating the quality of insights, ensuring flawless narrative development, and embedd ing MMM as a core strategic driver of media optimization. You will: Lead MMM insight storytelling, translating complex model outputs into clear, persuasive narratives that guide media planning, channel mix decisions, and budget allocation, while presenting confidently to senior stakeholders. Drive actionability by partnering with media teams to convert insights into optimization moves (spend shifts, flighting changes, channel expansion) and supporting decisions with simulations, ROI curves, diminishing‑returns analysis, and elasticity insights. Influence cross‑functional partners across Media, Brand, GTM, and Finance by running recurring forums (deep dives, QBR reviews, optimization sessions) and positioning MMM as the neutral, evidence‑based source of truth. Ensure insight quality and governance through accurate interpretation of model outputs, standardized templates, storytelling guidelines, and oversight of all MMM deliverables. Lead and develop a high‑performing insights team, coaching analysts on data interpretation, narrative development, stakeholder communication, and cultivating a culture focused on rigor, curiosity, and business impact. Continuously improve MMM insights and integration, enhancing diagnostics, automation, and visualization while unifying MMM narratives with other measurement tools such as incrementality testing, attribution, and audience insights. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 7–10+ years in marketing analytics, marketing science, econometrics, or MMM-related roles. Strong grounding in MMM concepts (elasticities, diminishing returns, adstock, scenario planning). Demonstrated experience turning complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable business insights. Outstanding storytelling, communication, and stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Strong understanding of paid media channels and optimization levers (search, social, programmatic, retail media, video, etc.). Comfort working alongside technical MMM resources (data, modeling) even if not directly executing models. Desirable Requirements Experienced in leading MMM insight delivery, with hands‑on knowledge of Bayesian/ML‑based MMM frameworks, complementary measurement methods (incrementality, attribution), and BI visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau). Strong background in performance‑driven and ecommerce environments, translating complex measurement outputs into actionable insights that optimize media effectiveness.
