Job Summary The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing various technical marketing projects, ensuring their successful delivery within specified timelines and budgetary constraints. This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This position will be a contract to hire position with the contract period lasting no longer than 4 months. Your Role & Responsibilities • Lead strategic initiatives to improve scalability, agility, and efficiency. • Responsible for leading, motivating and coaching diverse teams along with fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies • Manage and lead end-to-end execution of technical Growth Marketing projects (focus area: B2B & B2C digital marketing) using established Project Management Methodologies • Assist in the monitoring, execution & achievement of Growth Marketing objectives across B2B & B2C Marketing areas in the functions of: Marketing & Advertising Technology, Website & SEO, Paid & Earned Acquisition, and Automated/Lifecycle Marketing • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams, product managers, and technical teams, to gather project requirements, identify project goals, and define project scope. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project strategies, including project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria. • Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and marketing objectives. • Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any potential risks or issues, proactively identifying and implementing solutions. • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare and present regular reports to management, highlighting project achievements, challenges, and recommended improvements. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical marketing and project management, and apply relevant knowledge to improve project execution and drive innovation. Preferred Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years related experience • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Master’s degree is a plus • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are a plus • Experience with software development projects • MarTech project experience a major plus • Ability to work across multiple Project Management tools including Smartsheets, Jira, Lucid Chart and arenaflex Office suite. Responsible for project CRAID log and progress reporting to the digital and enterprise steering committee • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with experience in executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, content, etc.) • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex marketing projects on time and within budget • Proficiency in project management tools and software The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $110,000 to $130,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
