What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Director within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Copray Payables Line of Business and is a remote position. This position is responsible for revenue production through our channel partner program. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining an active partner program, presenting Corpay’s solutions to prospective partners, signing new partners and driving incremental revenue. You will work with other members of the Strategic Partners Group to help design the optimal partnership structure for each new partner. You will report directly to Senior Leadership within the Strategic Partners Group and regularly collaborate with Strategic Partners, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams. How We Work As a Senior Director, ERP Channel, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: • Company-issued equipment • Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of Corpay’s corporate payment solutions and offerings • Developing and maintaining an active pipeline of ERP, vertical, horizontal, platform, integrator, and strategic partners • Presenting Corpay solutions and value propositions to prospective partners • Designing optimal partnership structures in collaboration with Strategic Partners leadership • Negotiating and finalizing partner agreements, including complex contractual arrangements • Signing new partners and driving incremental revenue through partner referrals to direct sales teams • Partnering with Marketing to developing enablement materials, training content, and go-to-market messaging • Clearly articulating Corpay’s value proposition to partners at all levels, including executive and C-suite audiences • Supporting partner onboarding by assisting with training, sales calls, and early-stage engagement as needed • Driving partner-generated referrals and revenue through ongoing relationship management • Tracking all pipeline activity and partner progress within Salesforce.com • Providing monthly pipeline, forecast, and deal progression updates to management • Staying current on corporate payments market trends and Corpay’s expanding product portfolio • Traveling up to approximately 25% to support partner development and relationship building Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree required • Corporate payments industry experience required • 7+ years of consultative sales experience • Proven experience selling to and building relationships with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and close pipeline opportunities using Salesforce.com • Documented track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals • Strong organizational, interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation skills • High level of self-motivation with the ability to manage time independently • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% Benefits & Perks • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire • Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) • Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide • Robust PTO offerings include major holidays, vacation, sickness, personal, & volunteer time • Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) • Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations • Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $150,000.00 -$175,000.00 plus uncapped quarterly commissions.
