<li>Supporting the planning, briefing and execution of campaigns across BVOD, Paid Social, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Influencer, BAU Social and Retail Media</li><li>Activating and optimising paid search campaigns (Google, Amazon and retailer sponsored search) to drive measurable results</li><li>Monitoring full-funnel activity identifying high-performing audiences and aligning campaigns to customer journey stages</li><li>Managing and monitoring budgets to maximise ROAS, CPA, CVR, ECPM, ER and frequency KPIs</li><li>Working with agency partners on buying strategies and optimisation recommendations</li><li>Analysing campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Manager and Amazon platforms, delivering insights and recommendations</li></ul>
<p><strong>About You:</strong></p><ul>
<li>Strong understanding of paid digital and performance media</li><li>Hands-on experience with paid search (Google, Amazon or retailer sponsored search)</li><li>Confident working to performance KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CVR, ER and ECPM</li><li>Understanding of full-funnel and omnichannel marketing strategies</li><li>Knowledge of how online and offline activity integrates</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders</li></ul>
