Senior Customer Service Representative

Construction Company | Tyngsboro, MA

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

$20–$27 per hour (based on experience)

We are a family-run construction company based in Tyngsboro, MA, providing small to medium-sized residential and commercial repair and improvement services throughout Massachusetts. We’re looking for an experienced, dependable Senior Customer Service Representative with strong construction knowledge to join our office team and help keep projects, schedules, and customers on track.

This role is central to our daily operations and ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting technicians, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
  • Coordinate technician schedules and customer arrival times
  • Adjust schedules for weather delays, cancellations, and emergencies
  • Prepare and assist with written estimates
  • Manage job logistics including permits, dumpsters, materials, and deliveries
  • Support technicians and office staff with day-to-day problem-solving
  • Act as the second point of contact for customer questions or complaints
  • Handle accounts receivable and maintain accurate job records

What We’re Looking For

  • Construction industry knowledge is required
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Strong multitasker who stays calm under pressure
  • Clear communicator who works well with customers and field staff
  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus
