About the position As a Senior Consultant / Business Analyst, you'll join a tight-knit, high-expertise consulting team delivering end-to-end solutions in data management, governance, and monetization. This is a globally remote, full-time role where your contributions will shape both client outcomes and the firm's delivery excellence. THIS REMOTE / VIRTUAL ROLE CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE CENTRAL OR EASTERN TIME ZONES Responsibilities • Engage across end-to-end project phases—from strategy to implementation—to solve complex data challenges. • Define and document requirements, analyze business processes, support testing, training, and rollout efforts. • Collaborate with internal teams to refine methodologies, tools, and approaches—enhancing DataCatalyst’s market differentiation. • Work with partner software vendors to integrate appropriate technology into client environments. • Own and lead tasks that advance both client success and firm growth—cultivating long-term relationships. • Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and recruiting initiatives. Requirements • 5–10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines. • Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks. • A proactive, “go‑getter” mindset with a genuine passion for data as a strategic asset. • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail, especially in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement. • strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and polished client service abilities. • Facility in running workshops with SMEs to elicit business and technical requirements, and mapping business processes with precision. • Aptitude for setting clear expectations, managing timelines, milestones, and proactively reporting on risks, issues, and dependencies. • Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, with meticulous stakeholder management and influence—even under ambiguity. • Prior experience in project‑based or billable consulting roles—preferably delivering visible deliverables and client impact.
