We do the right thing—today and for generations to come.<br><br>Job Purpose and Impact<br><br>The Senior Construction Supervisor will supervise the construction activities and startup processes in a build project with relevant stakeholders to promote a safe work environment, reduce, recycle and promote efficient construction field operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a team that executes the development, deployment and delivery of construction objectives. ()<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br><ul><li>Provide leadership and construction expertise to the team for project execution, scope, design and review. </li><li>Oversee overall build project execution phase basis established project controls and timetables to deliver build projects that meet all safety, quality and regulatory goals. </li><li>Provide expertise during early to final design development of build projects through facilitation of construction execution strategies. </li><li>Collaborate with other functional teams to measure, monitor and report project progress and key metrics during execution phase to mitigate risk and increase performance of project. </li><li>Promote a safe work environment throughout the execution of the build project. </li><li>Direct and oversee assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the project. </li><li>Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. </li><li>Other duties as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. </li><li>Construction expertise (build project execution, scope, design, safety procedures)</li><li>Availability to travel up to 80%<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Established skills in continuous improvement</li><li>Supervisory experience</li><li>Experience with scheduling software for construction (Primavera P6)<br><br></li></ul>Position Information<br><br><ul><li>Visa sponsorchip will not be provided. </li><li>Remote position</li><li>The expected salary for this position is $120K–$170K. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience.
