Job Description: Job Title: Senior Accountant (Devonshire Investors) The Role As a Senior Accountant on the Devonshire Investors (DI) Accounting & Controllership Team, you will play a key role in the financial accounting and reporting of DI-managed entities. In this position, you will support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for private equity funds, investor entities, and operating companies while maintaining strong controls and high-quality account reconciliations. You’ll also have opportunities to expand your accounting expertise, participate in cross-functional projects, and work closely with senior leaders across finance, tax, treasury, and external audit. The Expertise and Skills You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA and/or Master’s in Accounting preferred • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in public accounting or financial reporting • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls • Outstanding attention to detail with strong understanding of business, financial concepts, and accounting • Experience preparing GAAP financial statements, particularly for partnerships • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines within a cross-functional environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with all levels of management • Strong proficiency with financial systems and arenaflex products, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Highly motivated, flexible, and quality-focused team player with strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently while demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking • Ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently • Inquisitive mindset with a focus on process improvement • Experience with—or ability to learn—complex financial systems and multi-dimensional reporting tools (e.g., eFront, Free Form Planning, Power BI, Yardi) Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Team The Devonshire Investors Accounting & Controllership Team manages the financial reporting and accounting for DI’s diverse portfolio of private equity funds, investor entities, and operating companies. The team works collaboratively with business partners across finance, tax, treasury, and audit to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and effective financial operations. As a key member of this team, you will contribute to ongoing initiatives that support DI’s strategic and operational goals. The base salary range for this position is $67,000-127,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
