Pole Position is Europe’s market leader in the design and production of sports merchandise for events and brands. To expand our presence in Italy, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager (m/f/d) based in Italy and working remotely. This position is designed as a growth role, offering clear development paths and increasing responsibility as you actively help build and scale our Italian market presence.

Active acquisition of new customers in the Italian market
Needs analysis, preparation of tailored offers, and management of price and contract negotiations
Continuous optimization of our sales approach, with the opportunity to actively shape our go to market strategy in Italy

Attractive base salary plus performance based commission

Permanent employment contract in accordance with Italian labor law

Building long term relationships with event organizers and brand partners
Completed vocational training and/or a degree in business administration or similar
At least 2 years of experience in sales, with the ambition to grow into a role with increasing responsibility
Fluent in Italian and English, any additional language is a plus
An existing network within the Italian sports event industry and hands on experience in the planning and execution of events is a plus
