Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the peptide industry. This role combines inbound and outbound sales efforts, including phone, email, and in-person relationship building with medical spas. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with healthcare professionals, understands consultative selling, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone and email, providing product information and closing sales
  • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with med spas and wellness clinics
  • Schedule and conduct in-person visits to med spa partners to present products and drive sales
  • Educate clients on peptide products, benefits, and usage (training provided)
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market changes
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to expand territory and increase market share
  • Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and prospecting tools
  • Conduct virtual product demos and consultations with prospective clients
  • Follow up consistently with leads and existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing and post-sale support
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and lead generation efforts
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand presence
  • Provide feedback from clients to help improve products, pricing, and sales strategies
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales performance metrics
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing account management
  • Resolve client concerns or objections professionally to maintain strong relationships
  • Maintain a strong understanding of compliance and regulations within the medical/aesthetic space
  • Create customized proposals and pricing packages for clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing accounts
  • Maintain organized records of all communications and sales activities

Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, or both)
  • Experience in medical sales, wellness, aesthetics, or pharmaceuticals is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and outreach
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of peptides, med spa services, or the aesthetics industry
  • Experience working with healthcare providers or clinics
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
