About the Role As an SDR you will manage the sales pipeline, from lead to sales-qualified opportunity. You will be the first line of communication with potential partners and customers and will work closely with sales leadership to meet aggressive growth goals. The position is in the general New York City area and requires 3 days a week in our Midtown office. We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, salary range will be around $60,000 - $100,000, annually. What you’ll do: • Conduct research to identify potential target clients • Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to create interest in our platform • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and develop targeted messaging and campaigns • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system • Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets What We’re Looking For: • 1-2 years experience as hands-on SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales role, preferably in the B2B technology or software industry - Must • Native-level proficiency in English • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and using prospecting applications (such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) • Resilience. A fearless positive attitude combined with the ability to handle rejection and objections • Driven to success, full of energy, and passionate about supporting and closing sales • Excellent team player • Bonus: Familiar with cloud-native technology & selling to technical personas (ex.
