Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a SaaS Sales Account Executive at RelPro. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by acquiring and managing client accounts. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that align with our products or services. The role requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the company's offerings. RelPro sells to banking and financial institutions. Looking to expand into additional industries-Commercial Insurance and Professional Services. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research. • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges and goals. • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, emphasizing their value and benefits. Sales Strategy: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and quotas. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. • Utilize data and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Proposal Development: • Prepare and present compelling proposals that outline the benefits and value of the company's products or services. • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to customize proposals based on client needs. Negotiation and Closing: • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. • Close deals by effectively addressing objections and concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation phase. Reporting and Documentation: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and communications. • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Qualifications • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets (2-5 Years + Experience) • Lead Generation and Account Management skills • Communication and Relationship Building abilities • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Experience with SaaS sales is a plus • Bachelor's degree Benefits: • Competitive salary and commission structure.
