Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setup, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at local stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs upgraded fleet
  • Maintain accurate inventory, install display and promotional materials
  • Provide excellent service to customers, identify opportunities to build relationships and grow sales
  • Work independently while being part of a motivated and supportive team
  • Take pride in presenting a good company image
  • Schedule is Monday through Friday with the day starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 50 hours a week.
  • Must be willing to travel 2-3 overnights and hotel stays weekly!

Compensation Range: $58,968 - $68,640 annually
Note: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $21.00 - $22.00 per hour.
The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Valid drivers license and good driving record
  • Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred
  • Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • This is a physical job that requires the driver to get in and out of a vehicle frequently
  • Be 25 years of age or older
  • Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.
