Turnkey Enterprises, LLC is a used clothing collection company. We service donation sheds for non-profit organizations in MD.

Ideal candidates are able to lead by example, have experience in a Warehouse setting, lifting, sorting, and loading product and they should also be an experienced BOX truck driver. Turnkey is looking for a highly motivated individual that can keep a steady work pace throughout the day.

Turnkey is a collector of Used Clothing. We service donation sheds for non-profit organizations in MD. Candidates must be willing to transition back and forth between warehouse and driver duties when needed while maintaining a professional work ethic.

The Job requires well developed personal skills, being organized and flexible, experience in transportation industry is important, driving experience required, clean history of professional driving, and basic skills with technology. Non CDL work.

Starting pay $20.00 / hr.

Job Requirements:

-Clean drivers record - for driving responsibility

-Clean license - for driving responsibility

-Clean background check- to be able to gain access to a military base

-Good physical health-ability to lift 25-50 lbs. (repeatedly)

-Ability to follow directions

-Desire and ability to work long hours (10–12-hour days possible)

-Drug free work environment with pre-employment screen

- MUST HAVE BOX TRUCK EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties include:

-Loading / Unloading box trucks

-Lifting heavy bags

-Expectation is you will be Back up driver for a route when needed. (Must be open to flexibility)

-Support warehouse operations and be able to step in as a Driver when needed.

-Leading by example with co-workers

-Daily Route collecting clothing donations

-Experience driving box trucks required (No CDL license required) Route Driver/Warehouse Associate
