Job Description:

When you join RadNet as a Room Build Specialist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.


You Will:

  • Collaborate with operational leadership and other partners to assess and deliver on functional needs of the business in relation to room builds.
  • Apply configuration changes to procedure rooms in RIS system. Configuration changes include, but are not limited to: opening/closing rooms, changing room hours, changing procedures we can perform in a given room or changing when a procedure may be performed in a given room.
  • Evaluate requested changes and effectively communicate with requester and/or operational leadership adverse effects the changes could have.
  • Monitor ticketing system and work email to receive and resolve room change requests.
  • Create, test and implement new room builds in RIS.
  • Evaluate existing systems and/or user/business needs to analyze, design, recommend, test and implement system updates, bugs and/or changes.
  • Provide support for Go-Lives (site system implementations) for new centers and/or acquisitions, as directed by management.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong operational, project management and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and to work them simultaneously (multi-task).
  • Able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making.
  • Possess and utilizes excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and meet work schedules within limited time frames and under tight deadlines and willingness to work additional hours beyond your regular shift, as directed by management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Ability/flexibility to travel to/between sites as needed, drive a vehicle, and/or utilize other forms of transportation
  • Must be able to work PST hours.

Pay Range: USD $18.00 - USD $19.00 /per hour Shift: Mornings Shift Variations: Monday -Friday 7:30am-4:00pm PST
